Hassle Free Payments

Here at Standout Cleaning, we like to make things as simple as possible. With this in mind, we’ve created a hassle-free one-time payment set up for all our customers via our chosen payment provider: GoCardless. Authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority they provide a safe and speedy way to handle payments – More info can be found at: www.gocardless.com

Once set up we no longer need to chase for late payments via bank transfer, neither do you have the hassle of remembering to pay each time you have your windows cleaned.

Before your first clean, your cleaner will send you your unique sign up link. Click the link, it will only take 30 seconds to get set up. We can then charge for your clean after we have completed your clean. Shortly after your invoice will be emailed to you and approx 3 days later the money will be debited from your bank.

If for any reason we are unable to clean, we simply don’t request any payment, meaning that no money will be taken.

As with any direct debit type service you are covered by the Direct Debit guarantee but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to give us a call. We Look forward to cleaning for you soon!
