We use the reach and wash system as it is safe and provides a superior clean for our customers. We are not only able to clean the windows effectively but also the sill, frames and even your doors. However we have the ability to clean traditionally in special circumstances.
We understand things come up and cancellations at times can’t be helped so as long as a scheduled clean is cancelled before the day of the clean we’ll happily re-arrange things for you. However on the day cancellations make not always be cancellable especially if we have already arrived on site
We take payments online using out direct debit system. We have a special system that only takes payment after each clean and not before. If we don’t clean we just don’t take payment that month.
In the very rare case that the windows have not dried as well as they should rest asured all the windows we clean are guaranteed for 24hrs. So if there is anything that has not come up as well as it should we’ll get it sorted for you no questions asked.
